Hi Everyone! I have a unique opportunity for you to own an older work of mine, pictured above. “Extinction 2011: Western Black Rhino” was created in 2014, and it's a tribute to an animal that went extinct in the 2000s (conservationists think the last Western Black Rhino went extinct around 2003 but it was not officially declared extinct until 2011) largely due to poaching.
As some of you know, I am moving from my apartment in a couple of weeks. I had been storing some older works there, but I can’t bring everything with me to the new place, and I want some of these paintings to find new homes. This rhino artwork has been professionally framed by Mark Elliott at No Bare Walls Studio in Ambler, and is a gorgeous representation of my earlier works. Would you like to own it? If so, I have a unique opportunity for you. See below.
UNIQUE ART OPPORTUNITY
From June 19th through July 4th, you can either stop by No Bare Walls Framing Studio, 13 W Butler Pike, Ambler, PA 19002, or call them via phone at (215) 654-9106 and bid on the painting. Starting bid is $250.
Whoever has the largest bid by end of business day July 4th, gets the painting. You must arrange pick-up with No Bare Walls as this big boy will not be shipped. Winner will be notified soon after July 4th.
Monies raised will go towards a small community-based independent business (No Bare Walls) and myself, an independent artist / business person, who could use the extra money for moving costs :)
