Open House Recap.
Yesterday was the first time I had an open house event at my art studio since I moved there last May. I figured it was about time, and also April turned out to be an unexpectedly open month in my schedule with no shows planned. So I figured, why not?
Anyway, I am glad to say the event was well received and I got to see some of my patrons and friends in a relaxed, low-stress art atmosphere. I also found new homes for some paintings, which I am happy about. I hope to possibly do another open house event sometime in the fall possibly. Stay tuned for that.

In the meantime, below are some photos of the studio.
My studio is the top office suite in a commercial building and consists of two rooms. Normally the larger room is used by my band, Green Cathedral, for rehearsals, but I took it over for the open house and set up wall panels around the drum kit and moved any more fragile gear into our storage closet . My actual work studio is located through the door on the side of this room.
Anyway, I just want to thank everyone who took the time out of their day to come visit me and my studio. You rock!
