Green Cathedral Studio Update No. 1
Some news from my art rock band Green Cathedral.
Hello everyone!
The band has had an exciting time the past couple of weeks. We played an outstanding show at the grand opening at Caffe Del Muro at on October 30 at their outdoor space at Suburban Station in Philadelphia. You can see video from this show on the band's Youtube channel as well as photos on our website gallery page. Further below on this email are some gig highlights below for those of you who missed it.
Green Cathedral in the Studio
The band has begun work on our debut album (as yet untitled). To that end, we have started recording at a fabulous studio in Philadelphia called Philly JAM Recording run by the wonderful engineer and musician Mark Montoro. We've had our first three days in the studio so far and have almost finished tracking drums for seven of our songs (two more brand new songs to be recorded at a later date when we've finished polishing them in our rehearsals). If all goes well, we'll start mixing drums this weekend and then move on to recording the bass.
