It's Finally Here!
Hello everyone! The long wait is over. It's one of my busiest times of the year with a fresh crop of spring art events including the Chester County Studio Tour andHistoric Yellow Springs Art Show, two of my largest annual shows.

MAY 16-17
CHESTER COUNTY STUDIO TOUR!
For the past two years I have taken part in the wonderful Chester County Studio Tour as a guest artist at Monique Kendikian Sarkessian's lovely studio and home. This year, Monique has decided to be a guest artist another studio so I'll be changing venues and will be hosted by artist Jennifer Domal at her home studio in West Chester. Jennifer is an amazing artist who makes fantastic acid-etched and inked pysanky eggs in addition to intricate abstract pattern works. So save the date forMay 16-17 and bookmark Jennifer's studio location in West Chester, PA.. We will also be serving lots of yummy goodies for all of our guests in a fun, relaxed atmosphere so if you were very curious about my art or process or just want to see my work in person or buy yourself the gift of original art, you should come out.

This year there are 100 artists and 48 studiosparticipating in the tour which takes place at artists homes and studios all across Chester County Pennsylvania. If you have never gone, it's a great way to get up close and personal with artists and their art, while informally touring their studio space and getting to purchase all kinds of art in a wide variety of price ranges.Here is a driving map to show you how to get to all the different studio locations.

There will also be an unofficial Chester County Studio Tour After Party at JAM Gallery on May 16 from 5-8 PM. Tour artists and the public are invited to attend. JAM is located in the heart of Malvern and is conveniently located on the Tour map so that you can work us into your driving itinerary.

NEW THIS YEAR
Collaborative Artwork with Jennifer Domal
This year, I decided to collaborate with artist Jennifer Domal. We decided to make an art 'set' both based off of a Goliath Beetle and the resulting works will be displayed and sold together as a set for special price. Their debut will be at the Chester County Studio Tour on May 16-17. Details below. This is a great way to purchase an entire and unique display for your home that is sure to be a conversation piece.

County Collector
Another benefit of the tour is each artist is offering a"County Collector" which is a special 6x6 inch artwork available for purchase for 75 dollars. Each artist has only ONE of these collectible pieces and when this idea debuted last year there were lines outside some of the artists' studio doors before the show opened so people could get first crack at them. The County Collectors are only available for this special price the weekend of the tour.Below are photos of my County Collector piece (and the Chester County Studio Tour website has posted images of all the artists pieces in the weeks leading up to the tour so you can see what will be available).

"Salon Du Soleil" Art Celebration, Grundy Commons, 925 Canal Street, Bristol, Pennsylvania. 7 PM. In addition to selling some of her original works, Lynnette designed the officialposter for this show, which will be auctioned off at a silent auction during the course of the show.
