Latest Artwork: Swimming Horses (Hippocampi)

Today I finished up my current artwork, "Swimming Horses (Hippocampi)". Inspired by the mythological sea horses that pulled the Sea God Poseidon's chariot through the waves, these colorful horses were created with oil pastel and acrylic on Ampersand Pastelbord (my new favorite substrate for pastel-based work). Also I had this song running through my head almost the entire time I was making this piece.
