Goblin

What I've been listening to lately: Goblin's soundtrack to the Dario Argento film, Suspiria. As the movie tagline says: The Only Thing More Terrifying Than The Last 12 Minutes Of This Film Are The First 92. Those are tall words, but this is an awesome movie (a more beautifully shot horror film I do not know, unless it's Deep Red, also by Argento), and an even more awesome soundtrack. Although I've been a Goblin fan for a while, I finally bought some downloads of this album via emusic.com. If you are into atmospheric music with tasty bass and vintage keys, you should really check out this band, and this album in particular. For an example, you can watch a vintage video of the band playing a song from this album. The video has been disabled for embedding, but you can watch it on Youtube here.

Or you can view a clip from the movie (with accompanying music) below:

Hey Lynnette, have you listened to Goblin's non-soundtrack album 'Roller'? It's one of their best, imo

No, I haven't heard it yet. On my To Do list.....
I just listened to Roller. Turns out Brandon had a copy. I like it, but I still think I like Suspiria more. It's definitely a really cool album though, a close second behind Suspiria.
