My 800th artwork: California Quail and Poppies (Commission)
I was recently asked to create an artwork featuring California quail and california poppies. I really liked how the color scheme worked out with the muted blue-grey and brown color of the quail juxtaposed against the bright yellow-orange of the poppy.
Also, I realized as I keep track of my inventory, that this is my 800th artwork since I started working as an artist in mid 2007. I am curious to see what my 1000th artwork will look like, and hopefully, at some point 2000th.
