County Collector: White Rabbit (miniature painting)

For the third year in a row, I will be participating in the annual Chester County Studio Tour in May. Since I am not a resident of Chester County, however, I have always been showing as a guest artist in another artist's studio. This year I will be with the wonderful pysansky / egg artist Jennifer Domal in West Chester.

As part of the tour, each artist created a "County Collector" piece which is a 6x6 inch work that is available for the weekend of the tour ONLY for $75. If my County Collector artwork is still available after the tour then I will be charging $125 for it. It's a way to encourage tour attendees to get to their favorite artists' studio early as last year there were lines around the block at some artist's studios for people trying to collect their "County Collector". It's also a good introductory to art price to encourage visitors on the tour to purchase art. Last year I did very well on the tour so I hope if you are thinking about coming to see my work, you'll come on out. The Tour is a great way to see art in an intimate atmosphere and pick up something special. I am currently making a bunch of artwork in a wide variety of sizes and price points so there will be something for everyone at the tour.

There is also a map that will be posted online closer to the tour dates here that you can print out that you can use to help you plan a route to visit all the artist's studios. This year there are 100 artists on the tour, and 47 studios.
