Latest Artwork: "Between Wind and Water"
Well, the title of this new piece was more prophetic than anticipated, as the East Coast was slammed by Hurricane Sandy earlier this week. I lost power Monday night and only got it turned back on earlier today (Friday) so I worked on this artwork mostly by candle light. My husband videotaped some of the artwork in process so I may have a video to put up on youtube in a bit. My thoughts go out to anybody seriously affected by the hurricane though!
I actually finished the artwork on Halloween night, however, due to the power outages I could not post until now. Hope it was worth the wait! The artwork is currently hanging in my show at the Manayunk Roxborough Art Center in Philadelphia for the month of November. See this press release for details.
