Artist Profile: Polly Verity

I was doing some research on gryphons in preparation for an upcoming artwork, when I stumbled across the work by UK artist/sculptor Polly Verity.

Verity creates amazingly intricate sculptures of mythological creatures and more out of paper and wire frames. The results are both beautiful and unique. Verity has used paper for more than just drawing on, and has even made wearable paper dresses, origami-like fractals and more. You can view some of her portfolio here.
