New Artwork
I just completed a new artwork a few nights ago entitled "Thunderbird". The illustration, which measures 19" x 25", is my take on the Native American mythological creature of the same name. "Thunderbird" was drawn on gray watercolor paper with pen and ink and some metallic and white paints. Click on the images below to enlarge.
I also started another work on Thursday evening. "The Greyhound" also measures 19" x 25" and is being created with pen and ink, colored pencils, and metallic and white paints. Below you can see the work-in-progress over the past 24 hours. Please click images below to enlarge.
Both of these illustrations, plus several others, will be a part of a group art show in October at Mugshots Coffeehouse in Manayunk (Philadelphia). Please visit the Redeye Design exhibition page for details on my upcoming shows.

i am a big fan of the mythological feel to the creatures. the colors and poses are fantastic.
