MySpace Band Of The Day: Combat Astronomy

Minnesota group Combat Astonomy serves up some pretty amazing music that manage to combine metal influences with avant garde and jazz. Describing themselves as "Avant-garde Prog Doom Fusion", their influences run the gamut from Miles Davis and Magma to Hawkwind and Meshuggah. My kind of band!
