Red Masque Broadcast TONIGHT

For those who were wondering what The Red Masque's new album is all about: DJ Debbie Sears of the Prog Rock Diner interviewed Lynnette, Brandon, and Vonorn while at NEAR FEST and will broadcast it from her show tonight. Her program airs from 5 to 7 PM and will also feature a track off our new album, Fossil Eyes. See www.progrockdiner.com for broadcasting information. Afterwards, the interview will be archived online.

Here is Debbie's official comments on the show:

Got a full plate at the 'diner' this eve! The menu will feature an interview with Michele Moog-Koussa (Bob Moog's daughter) about the organization she formed, The Bob Moog Foundation and a selection or two from the rather eclectic benefit CD featuring Moog music...not particularly proggy but interesting and a good cause! Also featured is an interview/Discussion with Lynnette, Brandon and Vonorn of The Red Masque and a track from their brand new release, Fossil Eyes.

Also on the menu today, in honor of ProgDay tickets going on sale on July 1st, we'll hear tasty selections from most of the bands that have been announced. I don't have Mirthrandir (I checked with most of the vendors at NF and they didn't have..need to keep looking!)and there are still TWO more bands to be announced (a total of 9 bands this year due to a couple of bands that have shorter sets...their call). So hopefully time to get a track in by: Von Frickle, Cheer-Accident, Holding Pattern, Canvas Solaris, Abigail's Ghost and Ain Soph.

I hope you can join me at the Prog-Rock Diner this eve from 5-7pm EST www.fcac.org/webr See you there!

As far as the official CD release through RER USA/Ad Hoc goes, label prez. Dave Kerman assures us the album will be out within the next month on his site (www.rerusa.com). They are waiting to do a batch release of all their new albums at one time, so if you want to purchase the new album, rest assured it will be available shortly...

We are also busy trying to work on some possible shows so we'll let you know as something concrete is pencilled in....
