98 Degrees...
Too hot to post much (98 degrees outside, no A/C inside) but I managed to upload a new website this week: www.oldetownekitchens.com. It's a website for a kitchen design company. I am still hard at work on the new website for Comus. It's been delayed somewhat as I wait for additional info from the band. The art show last night was fun and I got some cool dance choreography by members of the Koresh Dance group. I hope to catch a show sometime.
I am going to post up some artworks tomorrow. Also, I just snapped a pic of this giant silk moth that is currently harboring on my windowsill. It might be a Polyphemus, but I'm not sure, as I don't notice pronounced eyespots, at least on the sides of the wing I've seen. But otherwise it sure does look like one.
It will be kind of interesting if it is one. When I first started working on the lyrics for the latest Red Masque album, a giant Polyphemus moth flew into the office building I was in (it was 10 inches across or so). It inspired the song "Polyphemus". And now that the album is coming out in two weeks, I see one again (though this one looks to be "only" five inches across or so). Kind of a neat bookend....
