Mission to Mars




NASA's Phoenix spacecraft has landed on Mars and raw footage of the red planet is now available on their website. According to NASA, the "Phoenix spacecraft landed in the northern polar region of Mars today to begin three months of examining a site chosen for its likelihood of having frozen water within reach of the lander's robotic arm." As of this writing, the Phoenix lander has been on Mars for 2 hours and 45 minutes. You can get up-to-date info and more pictures on the NASA website.
